Holovia Privacy Request

Access, correct, or delete data associated with your Holovia online profile.

If Holovia is still installed

The quickest and safest option is inside Holovia. Open Settings → Privacy & Data and choose:

  • Privacy & Data Request to create a ZIP copy of the online data linked to the currently authenticated Holovia profile, including stored replay files where available.
  • Delete Account & Data to permanently remove the online account and associated cloud data covered by Holovia's deletion system.

The in-game request verifies the current anonymous Firebase account and complete public player name. The export is prepared in Holovia's private app storage and is shared only when you choose a destination using your device's share window.

Email requests and former players

If you need information corrected, no longer have Holovia installed, cannot use the in-game controls, or need help with a request, email Voidworks Industries:

Delete your Holovia online account and data

Use the deletion button below if Holovia is no longer installed or the in-game deletion option is unavailable. It opens your email app with a deletion request template. Send the completed email and Voidworks will review and process the request manually.

Request Data Deletion

Sending the email does not immediately delete data. Voidworks may first ask for reasonable verification and will confirm when the request has been handled or if more information is needed.

Access, correction, or other privacy requests

Email a Privacy Request

In your message, state whether you want access, correction, or deletion and include any identifiers you still have:

  • Your complete public player name, including the four-digit suffix, for example Player#1234
  • The Firebase player ID shown in Holovia's Settings, if available
  • Your platform and an approximate date when you last used online features
  • A clear description of the data or correction involved

An identifier helps locate records but is not automatically proof that every record belongs to the requester. Voidworks may request reasonable additional verification while avoiding collection of unnecessary information. If the app was removed and no useful identifier was retained, some pseudonymous records may not be reasonably linkable to you.

Protect your information

Never send a Firebase authentication token, notification token, advertising ID, or unnecessary identity document. Do not send purchase receipts or government identification unless Voidworks specifically explains why limited additional evidence is required for your request.

Requests are reviewed and answered as required by applicable law. A request may be limited where a legal exception applies, where records cannot reasonably be linked to the requester, or where retaining limited information is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance.
